The serial number 774.345 is the last machine badged S.LOEWE 49 Fore Street.
The serial number 771.382 is the first machine badged W.PIERSSENE 49 Fore Street.
Coincidentally with Pierssene as new sole agent the two serials digits for the serial number ended.The serial number 771.315 badged S. LOEWE , is the first recorded machine with only one serial digits.
From this moment in then the sewing machines are also sold through AGENTS HARROD'S, LIMITED. The PIERSSENE 49 Fore Street oval brass badge is still on machines as well the new Harrods logo on the bed of the machines.

W.PIERSSENE who was in the employ of F&R at this time, left the company for a new sewing machine manufacturer, the English VICKERS.
After 1.497.000 circa NOT BADGE on the arm and not BERLIN elsewhere. It is possible that about 50.000 or more, sewing machines without have been badged, were sold between 1915 and 1917 to the United Kingdom and to their allies despite the embargo on Germany export.

In this year the history of the Frister & Rossmann company ended. It was taken over by the Gritzner company from Karlsruhe, Durlach, which later, in 1931, merged with the Kayser company from Kaiserslautern.
